Finalising Takings in Kounta - 15th of May 2016

Hi Kounta Customers,

Just a quick update from the Team here at Kounta HQ, letting you know there is currently a delay on the ability to process and finalise Takings, despite provisioning additional technical resources this week in line with Kounta's growing customer base. 

We Kindly ask those users who are experiencing a delay or error on the takings page to wait several minutes before making another attempt, as it ultimately uses more bandwidth and slows the process down further. 

We do apologise for the inconvenience experienced today and hope that you, as our valued customer base can help us ensure this issue doesn't occur again.
