There are several items that must be done in order for your products in LightSpeed to be successfully imported into your Web Store. LightSpeed themselves have created an incredible guide on how to do this here.
Because this feature is available only to clients that has purchased the Support & Upgrades Subscription from LightSpeed, please use the login credentials sent to you in your email when prompted.
Once done, proceed to Section 7. eCommerce and go to the appropriate learning video. (See screenshot)
