iPads Freezing While Using Kounta POS / Printers not printing with no error message

  1. Quit Kounta App
  2. Double-Tap the home button (the POS Screen will appear as an overview)
  3. Swipe the Kounta POS Screen window in an upward motion
  4. Once disappeared from the overview, tap the iPad dashboard screen.
  5. Re-launch Kounta App
