Kounta POS / App Showing Gray Bar (Offline)

Step 1:

  1. Drag three (3) fingers down if using iOS / Android App
  2. Select "Reload" Option
Step 2:
  1. Confirm you're connected to the internet
  2. Open Safari / Chrome browser
  3. Search for a website (or a google search) e.g. test
  4. If the internet is up and running, Re-launch Kounta App
  5. If the internet is down, proceed to Step 3:
Step 3:
  1. Power off the router, wait 20 seconds, power the router on
  2. Open Safari / Chrome browser and test the internet
  3. If the internet is up and running, Re-Launch Kounta POS
  4. If the internet is still down, please contact your Internet Service Provider (eg. Telstra, Optus, iinet, TPG)
 
If the internet is up and running and ISISPOS is still flashing red, please email a support request to: support@smbconsultants.zendesk.com
