Printers Not Printing

If only 1 printer is not printing: (Firstly, confirm whether all iPads are not printing)

Step 1: Resetting The Printer

- Turn printer off

- Hold down the feed button and turn the printer back on and continue holding the feed button until the printer prints a sheet of information

- Once it has completed the print, release feed button, and press (don't hold) the feed button 2 times to complete the refresh.

- If the printer still does not print, proceed to step 2.

Step 2: Confirming The Printer Is On The Network

- Open Safari on the iPad

- Type in the IP Address of the printer in the address bar (this will be located on the sheet of information printed on the previous step)

- Press GO, if the search is unsuccessful, proceed to step 3

Step 3: Connection To The Router

- Unplug the ethernet cable on the back of the printer and reconnect

- Unplug the same ethernet cable on the back of the router and reconnect

- If the printer is still not printing, please email a support request to: support@smbconsultants.zendesk.com



If 2 or MORE printers are not printing: (Firstly, confirm whether all iPads are not printing)

Step 1: Connection To The Router

- Unplug the ethernet cable on the back of the printer and reconnect

- Unplug the same ethernet cable on the back of the router and reconnect

- Power off the router, wait 20 seconds, power the router back on

- If the printers are not printing, proceed to step 2

Step 2: Confirming The iPad Is On The Network

- Tap Settings, then WiFi
- Confirm you're connected to the correct WiFi network
- If you're connected to the correct network, and all printers are not printing, please email a support request to: support@smbconsultants.zendesk.com
